Responsibilities
1.0
Operation related activity ;
1.1
Operation, maintenance and maintain the log sheet/records of water system (RO-I , RO-II plant and softner plant)
1.2
Responsible for colour coding of pipe lines.
1.3
Execution of molybdenum test, passivation activity and replacement of filters installed in water system.
1.4
Operation, maintenance and maintain the log sheet/records of Utility equipment as and when required.
1.5
Handling and calibration of digital electronic balances and maintain the log sheet/records.
2.0
Maintenance related activity ;
2.1
Maintenance of all mechanical items (i.e. pumps, motors, blowers, piping, valves etc.) and accessories of entire plant.
2.2
Execution of breakdown as well as preventive maintenance and maintain the log sheet/ records.
3.0
Project related activity;
3.1
To co-ordinate with vendor for project related work and give technical support for project related work.
3.2
To execute, erection, installation and commissioning of equipment/ system.
4.0
To give technical support in qualification/validation related activity.
5.0
Execution of plant shutdown procedure.
6.0
Any other responsibility assigned by HOD from time to time.
