Job Description

Sr. No. Responsibilities

1.0 Operation related activity ;

1.1 Operation, monitoring and maintenance of D.G. set, UPS, Transformer, Digital electronic balance.

1.2 Operation, monitoring and maintenance of EMS and BMS Software and maintain the log sheet/records.

1.3 Report generation of EMS and BMS Software.

1.4 Operation, monitoring and maintenance of all electrical power panels (HT & LT), Control panels, distribution boards (DB).

1.5 Verification of all logbook/records day to day basis and take necessary action in case of any abnormality/failure.

2.0 Plant maintenance related activity ;

2.1 Maintenance and Troubleshooting of all Process/lab Equipment and Utility Equipment (Electrical/Instrument items and

accessories).

2.2 Execution of breakdown as well as preventive maintenance and maintain the log sheet/ records.

2.3 Maintenance of Fire Detection and Alarm System, VESDA system, Door Interlock system and Access Control System.

2.4 Maintenance and troubleshooting of all electrical/Instrument items, accessories of entire plant.

2.5 Perform/Monitor the cleaning and LUX measurement of light fixture, replacement of light fixtures and maintain the records.

2.6 Measurement of U.V. light intensity, replacement of U.V. light and maintain the records.

3.0 Building maintenance activity ;

3.1 Execution of building maintenance and maintain the records.

3.2 To take corrective action for building related abnormal observation (Inside /Outside vendor).

3.3 Preparation of indent and consulting with different vendor for complete the corrective action.

4.0 Calibration activity ;

4.1 Preparation of planner/addendum, execution of calibration activity of entire plant and maintain the records.

4.2 Preparation of indent and consulting with vendor for complete the corrective action.

4.3 Follow the OOC (Out of Calibration) procedure as and when required.

5.0 Project related activity ;

5.1 To coordinate with HOD, concern person of company and consultant for upcoming projects.

5.2 To collect necessary information/supporting documents to furnish the HOD for approval of project & budget.

5.3 Preparation of indent/CAPEX.

5.4 Preparation of technical comparisons for procurement of different equipment.

5.5 To check the BOQ – bill of quantity submitted by consultant and share the comments/suggestion with HOD.

5.6 Co-ordinate with purchase department and vendors for procurement of spares, equipment and machinery.

5.7 To coordinate with concern person/department to collect necessary data required for project work.

5.8 To workout the data received from all concern person/department and prepared sheet as per the requirement of HOD/Consultant to

prepare the Site layout and Equipment layout/Floor Plan.

5.9 To perform the FAT/SAT as and when required.

5.10 To conduct meeting with contractors and their team for giving necessary instruction, guidance and quality requirement.

5.11 To execute, erection, installation and commissioning of equipment/ system.

5.12 To perform the qualification/validation activity.

5.13 To check the BOM – bill of material submitted by consultant and share the comments/suggestion with HOD.

5.14 To monitor the all individual discipline at each stage for timely completion of project.

6.0 Documentation and training related work ;

6.1 To initiate change control.

6.2 Preparation of risk assessment, URS, system criticality assessment, component criticality assessment, URS traceability matrix etc.

6.3 Preparation of SOP’s.

6.4 To initiate breakdown, deviation and initiation of CAPA.

6.5 To prepare impact assessment for CCF, breakdown and deviation.

6.6 To assigning the training or provide class room training.

6.7 Other training related works like material uploadation, questionnaire preparation/uploadation, preparation of job responsibility etc.

7.0 Execution of routine qualification/validation related work.

8.0 Execution of plant shutdown procedure.

9.0 Any other responsibility assigned by HOD from time to time.
