Team Management:
• Recruiting suitable candidates to ensure all vacancies are filled timely
• Coaching and enhancing skill levels of teammates
• Ensuring RBM competency enhancement
Customer Relationships:
• Building relationships with KOLs and other stakeholders
Budgeting:
• Creating and managing sales budgets and forecasts
Sales Management:
• Preparing and Analysing sales data for each product and territory
• Setting sales targets and monitoring performance
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop regional strategy for select brands
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive profitable revenue growth
• Controlling discounted business
C&F Management:
• Forecasting and maintaining sufficient stock at C&F level to ensure profitable business
• Ensuring timely dispatches and monitoring collections
• Controlling credit notes
Review and Appraisal:
• Periodical review of sales/activities/efforts with feedback and proposed action to superiors
Territory expansion & Restructuring:
• Analysing market trends, competition and identifying new opportunities
• Reallocation of H.Qs/areas/customers based on business requirements
Establishing New Products:
• Ensuring proper launch & consistent engagement with key customers to ensure new brand launch success
Team Discipline & Business Hygiene:
• Ensuring teammates are disciplined in all professional undertakings involving stakeholders
• Preventing unethical practices by providing proper & timely guidance
• To deal strictly with integrity issues
