Job Description

To initiate and perform the QMS activity.
Handling Deviations, CAPAs and Change Controls.
Performing IQ, OQ and PQ activities of vial and ampoule filling machine.
To prepare the SOPs, BMR, Protocols and documents related to the Parenteral production facility.
Preparation for audit related documentation and maintaining area.
Review of BMR and other related documents for its completion in various stages.
Ensure online documentation such as BMR, equipment usage and cleaning log, environmental monitoring record, as per company’s policy.
Operation and supervising of equipment in vial/ampoule washing, filling capping machine
Line clearance during batch / product change over
Check the maintained of the department, premises and equipment
