Job Description

Plant warehouse

1. RM & PM Sampling & Dispensing.
2. MATERIAL Inward And Outward, Generate GRN.
3. Physical VS System Stock verification.
4. Responsible for Packaging material receipt, issuance and Dispensing & planning.
5. Responsible for Inventory management of Packaging material.
6. Responsible for Verification and Calibration of weighing Balance.
7. Responsible for Daily area temperature monitoring with Cobalt software and Siemens (BMS).
8. Known about WMS (Warehouse Management System) software Godrej Efacec for ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System).
9. Responsible for time to time removal of expired and Non-moving Packaging materials.
10. Responsible for providing Packaging materials (Retest or new receipt) to QC for Sampling.
11. Maintain daily records of temperature, cleaning as per cGMP.
12. Responsible for Issuance Planning of Packaging Materials and Release of Batch Packaging Record (BPR) in SAP.
13. Responsible for Inventory verification and Control of Packing Materials Store.
14. Responsible for disinfectant and solution preparation and cleaning area.
