Job Description

• Planning of operations in shifts as per schedule.
• Handling batch process & distillation as per the BMR.
• To follow cGMP and HSE norms.
• Co-ordination with Warehouse, Quality Assurance, Engineering for smooth functioning of shifts.
• Preparation of shift reports, legible writing of BMRs.
• Ensuring strict adherence to Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Crosschecking following points before starting of batch :
  • Cleaning of required equipment’s as per their respective SOPs
  • Availability of BMRs
  • Checking and Confirming of the availability of all the utilities required for the batch
