• Leading, Coaching and Motivating the Business Managers
• Maintain good bonding with teammates to ensure smooth deliverance of objectives and arresting attrition

Monitoring Performance:
• Monitoring the team's performance and providing feedback to senior management
Sales strategies:
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase business opportunities
Achieving sales objectives:
• Helping and guiding BMs to achieve monthly sales objectives
Customer Engagement:
• Building relationships with KBLs and other stakeholders
• Ensuring ROIE( Return On Invested Efforts) from targeted customers
Establishing New Products:
• Ensuring proper launch & consistent engagement with key customers to ensure new brand launch success
Inventory management:
• Managing inventory at stockist level and keeping implementing measures to reduce credit notes
