Job Description
Recruitment-Identification of source, screening of applicants, coordinate interview procedure.
Preparation of full & final settlement and other relevant document of resigned employees.
Maintain Joiners and reliever sheet as well as replacement / additional manpower data.
Handle manpower issues and fulfill the requirement of the department.
Preparation of wages of Workers and ensure timely submission of bills by contractors with all statutory records.
Ensure Periodic Medical Examination of all employee.
Payroll processing through Gen Payroll (software), update all the details of new joinees and employees in software.
Update monthly leave details in software and process the pay slip.
Preparing Induction sheet for new Joinee and induction of joinee with staff employees in all departments.
Prepare & maintain Induction files of all new joinees .
Provide training to new joinee as per his/her job curriculum regarding HR SOP and Policies.
Monitoring of daily activities and relevant records of contract and permanent workmen, security and administration department; their related records and their functioning.
To monitor implementation of pest and rodent control activities as per schedule program in factory.
Ensuring timely procurement of housekeeping consumable, stationary, Linen and other cleaning agents and also monitoring and recording usage of the same.
Preparation of MIS report on Monthly basis for contract employees
Daily monitoring of laundry and checking the visual cleaning of clothes after washing.
Checking personnel hygiene of staff employees at the time of entry in plant.
