• Guide to the management for effective implementation of workplace health & safety standards.
• Implementation of organization policies to establish HSE culture.
• Preparation of HIRA, JSA, & SOP’s as per activity.
• Conducting qualitative risk assessment studies like HAZOP, What if, & PSSR studies.
• Conducting quantitative risk assessment for various toxic & flammable chemicals by using ALOHA software.
• Implementation of the DuPont & OSHA PSM model.
• Analyzing of RC, ARC, & TSU studies for hazardous chemicals.
• Conducting various functional audits & system assessment audits.
• Project safety inspection, HSE report (Weekly & Monthly).
• Preparation of Responsible Care (RC) documentation & implementation of the code requirement.
• Implementation & tracking of PIC’s action items.
• Conducting a survey for improving plant visualization & its implementation.
• Incident investigation & implementation of CAPA actions.
• Conducting safety committee meetings & contractor safety meetings.
• Planning of Safety Budget & forecast: it’s tracking & maintaining of consumption records.
• Implementation & execution of PTW system & LOTO system.
• Maintaining of PPE’s & emergency system inventory. Preparation of PPE matrix & its implementation.
• Conducting a rewards and recognition program for plant employees & contractor workers.
• Fire pump house operation & ensuring healthiness of fire hydrant system 24 X 7.
• Conduct Confined space Training, MSDS Training, work at height training, scaffolding training, induction training & other job-specific training.
• Liaisoning with Directorate Industrial Safety and Health (DISH), State Pollution Control Board (SPCB), and District Magistrate.
• Track for BBS & GPC, identify the gaps & its implementation.
• Conducting study for fire load calculation & hazardous area classification.
• Calculating chemical exposure index (CEI), fire & explosion modeling.
• Emergency response planning & training.
• MSDS & TREM card management.
• Legal compliance
• Safety Audit as per IS-14489, Safety Report & preparation of Onsite emergency plan
• ● PESO license, poison license, Arms Act license
• ● DISH drawing approval, Schedule 07
• ● Disclosure of information to workers and general public
• ● Annual Return
• Confined space competent person
