RESPONSIBILITIES
1.0
PRODUCTION ACTIVITY
1.1
Transfer of storage vessel from Quarantine area to filling area and cleaning of storage vessel after completion of the batch.
1.2
Receiving and transfer of primary packing material to respective filling area.
1.3
Operation and cleaning of filling equipment and cleaning of change parts.
1.4
Operation and cleaning of Manufacturing equipment, S.S utensils and S.S accessories.
1.5
Proper handling of rejections generated during the process of filling.
1.6
To ensure cleaning and sanitization of direct processing area, In direct processing Area and drain points.
1.7
Checking of IPQC, parameters like weight variation, challenge test, leak test , machine setting etc.
1.8
Handling and timely removal of scrap from the area.
1.9
Handling, Storage and Calibration of Standard Weights
1.10
Preparation of disinfectant solution CIP solution and Teepol solution etc.
1.11
Maintaining all the label related to cleaning, calibration, verification, preventive maintenance, safety, etc.
1.12
Execute the Procedure used for preventive maintenance of equipment’s and fumigation of processing and non-processing area.
1.13
To perform fumigation activity as per schedule.
1.14
To ensure timely completion of cleaning activities.
1.15
To ensures timely start of filling activities.
1.16
To report the officer, Executive / Designee whenever any discrepancy observed in the area.
1.17
Adheres to all cGMP, SOPs and quality requirements.
1.18
Ensure to complete all imparted training within Timeline.
2.0
CROSS FUNCTIONAL ACTIVITY
2.1
Assist Engineering persons during preventive maintenance and break down maintenance.
2.2
Assist QA person during Qualification and Validation process.
3.0
To report the Officer / Executive and Designee whenever any discrepancy observed in the area.
4.0
Beside the above activities to perform all other activities assigned by reporting senior.
