Responsibilities
1.0
Operation of Utility Equipment.
1.1
Operation of Water System.
1.2
Operation of Nitrogen plant, Boiler, Air Compressor and other Utility Equipment.
1.3
To help the Maintenance team & Validation Team during activity related Breakdown and Qualification.
1.4
To follow the procedure of Utility system.
1.5
Maintain the machine work ability performance by self-preventive necessary task.
1.6
To clean the Water system, Air Compressor, Boiler, Nitrogen Plant and other Utility system.
1.7
Execution preventive maintenance of Utility equipment.
2.0
Documentation.
2.1
To record the routine activity in documents/logbooks of respective Utility equipments.
3.0
Training.
3.1
To take the trainings periodically from trainers and understand the standard process for work as per SOP.
4.0
Handling of all Utilities
4.1
Control and Maintain Water system, Nitrogen plant, Boiler, Air Compressor and other Utilities.
5.0
To Follow cGMP Practice at shop floor.
6.0
Installation and Commissioning of new equipment.
7.0
Follow the safety rules as per stander EHS procedure during execution of any work and project.
8.0
Additional responsibilities assigned by Head of the department.
