• Maintain good bonding with teammates to ensure smooth deliverance of objectives and arresting attrition
• Sustained efforts towards ensuring professional discipline and welfare of teammates Monitoring Performance:
• Monitoring the team's performance and providing feedback to senior management Sales strategies:
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase business opportunities Achieving sales objectives:
• Helping and guiding BMs to achieve monthly sales objectives Customer Engagement:
• Building relationships with KBLs and other stakeholders
• Ensuring ROIE( Return On Invested Efforts) from targeted customers Establishing New Products:
• Ensuring proper launch & consistent engagement with key customers to ensure new brand launch success Inventory management:
• Managing inventory at stockist level and keeping implementing measures to reduce credit notes
• Discuss the clinical usage, dosages, and how our products/brands can be used to treat different conditions. Building relationships:
• Interact with medical and healthcare professionals (Doctor, Retailer/Pharmacy/ Stockist) to build strong professional relationships. Achieving sales objectives:
• Achieve monthly sales objective through proper sales planning and execution by ensuring product availability at Retailers/Pharmacies and prescription generation from focused customers Giving Feedback:
• Reporting daily activities and customer/competitor feedback as per norms
