1. Screening resumes and application forms
2. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
3. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
4. Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
5. Form a network of potential candidates through social media and other channels.
6. Manage the orientation and onboarding procedures for newly hired employees.
