Job Profile

• Responsible for part development and approval in coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Prepared URS and supported machine selection and finalization.
• Participated in FAT and SAT to ensure equipment performance and compliance.
• Managed mold development activities as per production requirements.
• Executed packaging validation in line with quality standards.
• Conducted trials on packing lines to ensure efficiency and output quality.
• Performed transit trials to assess packaging strength and product safety.
• Provided troubleshooting support on shop floor packing lines.
• Coordinated with vendors for implementation of new technologies.
• Investigated packaging-related batch and stability failures and implemented corrective actions.
• Review and approval of Master Packaging Card & Pack Style.
• Review and approval of Artworks
• Review of BOM, Item Code in SAP
• Exhibit Batches planning and Monitoring at floor
• Developing Packaging Material Specification
• Support site in CAPA, Market complaints related to Packaging.
• Support Regulatory for registration sample generations for new fillings

CompetenciesRequired:                                                                                                                                                                                           

·   Strong knowledge of packaging design, Master Packaging Cards, and pack style approval.

·   Expertise in artwork review and approval as per regulatory and branding requirements.

·   Proficiency in BOM verification and SAP item code management.

·   Ability to plan, execute, and monitor exhibit batches on the shop floor.

·   Skilled in developing packaging material specifications in compliance with standards.

·   Competence in handling CAPA and resolving market complaints related to packaging.

·   Coordination skills for supporting regulatory submissions and registration sample generation.

·   Experience working with regulated markets (US, EU, Brazil) and understanding compliance requirements.

Educational Qualification –

B. Tech in Mechanical + PG Diploma in Packaging Technology (IIP)
